Shenandoah High School will once again be participating in the e-Transcript (short for electronic transcript) initiative. Through e-Transcript all current students will be able to send electronic copies of their high school transcripts to colleges and universities around the country for FREE.

Students in the graduating class of 2017 will be required to use e-Transcript when sending transcripts to all colleges and universities in Indiana. If a student needs a paper copy of a transcript for a scholarship or award, those may be still be obtained through the main office.

We will also continue to process Alumni requests as we have done in the past through our main office.

Please use the link below to access e-Transcript and follow these steps for creating an account:

  1. When you select the link below you will be redirected to a website for "Parchment Services." Parchment is the umbrella company that administers e-Transcript services. Students will actually create a Parchment account that they can use to send transcripts as well as complete college planning and research.
  2. All students will need to supply a valid e-mail address and create a username and password.
  3. All students under the age of 18 will need parental consent.
  4. After creating your account, you will need to check the e-mail account that you provided during registration. After initial registration every student will receive a confirmation e-mail from Parchment. Within the e-mail will be a hyperlink. You must use this hyperlink to verify registration.
